Nassau, Bahamas, October 20, 2025: Colina Financial Advisors Ltd. (CFAL) is pleased to provide advanced notice of a $100 million bond offering for Island Power Producers (IPP), the company licensed to develop a LNG-powered, shore-side energy plant to supply clean, reliable electricity to cruise ships docked at the Nassau Cruise Port.
In August 2025, CFAL successfully completed the public share offering for Island Power Producers, which was priced at $10 per share with a minimum subscription of $1,000. That offering was oversubscribed to the tune of $12 million with all subscriptions accepted. The success of the offering reflects strong investor confidence in IPP’s innovative energy initiatives.
Now that the retail component has been completed, the bond offering will raise the remainder of financing for the project and will be open to private and institutional investors seeking to further diversify their portfolios. The minimum investment for participation is $50,000 and in increments of $10,000 thereafter. Subscriptions will open on November 6, 2025, and close on November 14, 2025.
