CFAL is an active sponsor and participant in civic organizations and functions. Our management and staff regularly provide their time, advice and funds for specific community affairs. Education

At CFAL we believe that education is the key to success and future viability of any society. CFAL is contributing to the future of young people in The Bahamas through programs such  as CFAL’s Junior Investor Education Program and the CFAL Junior Investor Guide.

Now in its fourth year,  the CFAL Junior Investor Education Program is a competition for high school students to manage and invest a notional $100,000 in Bahamian securities.  The objective is to expose students to the various dynamics of the country’s financial industry and personal finance management by teaching the fundamentals of investing.

CFAL’s partnership with Business Department of the Ministry of Education is designed to compliment the school curriculum. The CFAL Junior Investor Guide is a resource guide to help young Bahamians understand the importance and fundamentals about financial planning and investing.
